Даже там термообработанная древесина не интересна насекомым из-за отсутствия в ней питательной среды. И остаётся в неизменно первоначальном виде весь срок службы.

Constant exposure to water, high humidity, scorching sun on hot days – the pool area is a tricky place to choose a finish. But thermowood is so moisture-resistant that it will not swell or rot during use. And UV burn-out only affects the top layer, which can be easily removed by sanding.
The two main problems with artificial beaches are that they are slippery and hot. But our wood is not slippery. And by choosing a board with a corrugated surface ‘corduroy’, you will avoid many unpleasant falls. Thermo-wood does not overheat and does not burn your feet when you walk on it. In addition, it has low thermal conductivity – it stays warm even on cold days.

Thermo ash and thermo birch products find applications in various outdoor and water design projects, including those near natural areas. Even in such environments, heat-treated wood remains unappealing to insects due to its lack of nutrients, ensuring it retains its original form throughout its lifespan.

Gwozdeck DUET-FASAD is a concealed, glass-filled polyamide (PA6) fastener used for the installation of cladding boards 20-45 mm thick and up to 120 mm wide. It is used for the installation of straight and bevelled boards, wood imitations, and block house boards. Recommended spacing is 5-7 mm.
